(RBSI) was primarily organized to engage in, conduct, operate, and carry on the operation of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providing support services related to information technology (IT), payroll, accounting, treasury, and Human Resources (HR) to offshore clients, either through direct service provision or by outsourcing these services to its parent company or other third-party providers, including but not limited to voice and non-voice support, data processing, management or storage, systems design and analysis, customer relationship management and other customer and back office support services.
